The Brand
Since Marine Serre’s debut collection in 2016, ahead of founding the brand, regenerating garments has been fundamental to her ethos, marking a radical commitment to circularity in the fashion industry’s networks, encompassing the sourcing of fabrics, the design process and the production of the collections. Regenerating is the practice of using dead stock, vintage and end-of-life materials or finished garments as an adaptable base for creating new products that are distinct from their former selves.
Sustainability Support
Each regenerated garment has a label that specifies the material used, its origins and the location of its transformation. The materials are carefully selected, washed and treated at our studio in Paris, before being sent to manufacturing partners who produce the seasonal collections. Regeneration is a mutual endeavour that requires the investment of time and creativity in order to stimulate and rethink the cycle of fashion, and to restore dignity to materials that are damaged and discarded, giving them a new purpose, form and duration.
